Led by Brian Wilson and Mike Love, The Beach Boys is back to serve legendary surf rock music live on stage across the USA. Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1988, the band continues to serve their legendary hits for generations to come. As one of the oldest bands still rockin' on, The Beach Boys defy age and time as their music continues to live on.
"What started as a family hobby became a profession and a vocation. Not without challenges, changes, ups, and downs." Mike Love shared in an interview with The Telegraph. "We lost a couple along the way. But we’re still on the road, keeping those songs alive,"
Having sold over a hundred million records globally and bagging over 33 RIAA Platinum and Gold awards, the surf rockers were honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Grammy Awards in 2001. With a journey running for over five decades now, the band collected a slew of iconic moments and achievements in the global music scene. The Beach Boys' iconic hits include "Surfin' U.S.A.", "Be True to Your School", "Fun, Fun, Fun", "I Get Around", "Help Me, Rhonda", "Rock and Roll Music", "Kokomo", "Good Vibrations", "Wouldn't It Be Nice", and many more.
Featured in greatest artists of all time lists by various magazines and publications including the likes of Rolling Stone, the band served 37 hit songs that reached Billboard Hot 100's Top 40, the most among American bands. Though making great waves in the mainstream scene in the 60s throughout the 80s, the boys' iconic surf-rock hits continue to amaze generations to come.
"And maybe the songs keep us alive, too," Mike Love told The Telegraph. "We’ve been able to influence a lot of people, and that’s something to be proud of". Over five decades of passion and influence, it's definitely something worth celebrating. Hailed as America's Band, The Beach Boys definitely defy age and time.
Transcending time across every generation, no band compares to The Beach Boys' servings of nostalgia and hard-hitting tracks that exude a 'fun , fun, fun time like surfin' across the USA.
"The positivity of our music has helped us endure. There’s enough negativity in the world, so to have something that makes people feel good is really important."
