Mountain Winery Rules
To ensure the maximum enjoyment of visitors, and to protect the performing artists and staff, the Mountain Winery employs some regulations and restrictions, outlined below. Please take a minute to read through these prior to your arrival. These Rules are in place for the benefit of all those attending concerts at The Mountain Winery. They may change without notice, so it’s best to check with the venue directly if you have any doubts.
Please be considerate of others, so everyone gets the best possible entertainment experience. You must refrain from offensive conduct, including foul language and gestures. Do not do anything that might physically endanger others around you.
The Mountain Winery Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited inside The Mountain Winery:
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal drugs
- Coolers
- Outside food or beverages, including alcohol
- Refillable metal containers
- Bags bigger than 12” x 12” x 8,” including backpacks and suitcases
- Laptops, tablets, two-way radios and other electronic devices
- Professional cameras & detachable lenses
- Flash photography
- Recording devices, except cell phones
- Drones
- Noise-making devices, including air horns, whistles, cowbells, etc
- Fireworks, flares, sparklers or smoke bombs
- Laser pointers or flashlights
- Selfie sticks
- Signs, stickers, flyers or posters
- Permanent markers, spray paint
- Umbrellas
- Skateboards, roller blades, roller or ice skates
- Chain wallets and spiked collars or belts
- Any clothing displaying gang-related symbols and/or profane language
Masks and costumes
Please note that there is no storage available on site for prohibited items. You’ll have to return any over-sized bags, purses or backpacks to your vehicle.
The Mountain Winery Tailgating Policy
Tailgating is not permitted on the premises. This is a beautiful venue and you’re asked to respect it and preserve the beauty of the environment.

The following articles are permitted inside the The Mountain Winery, provided you keep to the general rules:
The Mountain Winery viewing policy
You may bring in cushions, pads and/or blankets for sitting in the bleachers.
The Mountain Winery bag policy
You’re allowed to bring in a small bag, provided it measures no more than 12” x 12” x 8.”
The Mountain Winery eating and drinking policy
No outside food or drinks are allowed, except for sealed plastic water bottles. There are plenty of food and beverage outlets on site, including restaurants, bars and concession stands.
The Mountain Winery animal policy
Service animals only are allowed onto the premises for ADA assistance.
The Mountain Winery parking policy

The Mountain Winery camera policy
The Mountain Winery allows you to bring in personal cameras, unless performers specifically request that you don’t. They must be small point and shoot cameras, with a smaller attached lens. This includes cell phones, but you mustn’t use flash or make any recordings. You should set your phones on mute or vibrate only.
The Mountain Winery children policy
Children under the age of three (3) years are allowed for free, but you must buy a ticket for older children. Please be kind to your neighbors and make sure your children behave responsibly.
Please abide by these Rules and be considerate of your fellow concert-goers. The Mountain Winery management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject anyone from the venue who violates their policies.
